Replace your Faulty Inverter

  • If your inverter has a fault, replacement is usually the best solution. However, before you contact Terra Energy Solutions, please try these steps:

    1. Check your home’s power supply. Inverters won’t work during a power cut.

    2. Look for an error code. Refer to your manual or search online for the specific code to see if there’s a simple fix.

    3. Check the fuse in your consumer unit. Ensure it hasn’t tripped.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, contact Terra Energy Solutions. We’ll assess the error code and recommend the next steps.

  • We aim to install your new inverter and have it running within 7 days of your first contact. We’ll also respond to any questions or requests as quickly as possible, minimising your downtime.

  • We suggest you allow up to 2 hours for the installation.

  • Yes! All our inverters seamlessly integrate with your existing FiT system. You’ll still read and submit your generation figures as usual, using your generation meter.

  • All our inverters come with a standard 5-year warranty. If your inverter is connected to Wi-Fi and linked to our cloud-based monitoring service, the warranty automatically extends to 10 years. We provide and install Wi-Fi functionality as standard, so you can benefit from the 10-year warranty right away.

  • We request payment only once the installation is complete. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards, and our installer will bring a payment terminal on the day of installation.

  • Many older inverter brands have stopped making new and existing models, and the market has advanced significantly. We recommend Solax for all new inverters. However, if you prefer another brand, we’re happy to discuss it with you.
